Natasha is a partner of Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP.

Natasha has experience in complex insurance litigation matters, including the defence of professional negligence, defamation, sports and recreation liability, tavern liability, product liability, occupiers’ liability, and municipal claims. She also regularly handles subrogation and transportation matters. Natasha has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and various tribunals.

• Defending universities and colleges in actions involving defamation, breach of contract, and negligence claims;
• Defending engineers, design professionals, and health professions students in professional liability claims;
• Defending municipalities with respect to allegations of negligent maintenance and design;

• Defending sports and recreation clubs, and amusement facilities in negligence claims;
