We are currently recruiting for a litigation associate (1 to 3 years’ experience – new calls are welcome to apply) to practice in the areas of Accident Benefits litigation, Insurance Defence with exposure to complex bodily injury, property damage litigation, occupiers’ liability, product liability claims and defending claims involving sexual abuse claims including class actions and Insurance Coverage with exposure to coverage litigation.
Successful candidates must have superior writing and organizational abilities with the right balance of advocacy, legal and interpersonal skills.

We are currently recruiting for two litigation assistants, ideally with experience in the areas of insurance defence litigation and accident benefits litigation. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and professional with superior clerical and organizational skills, with precise attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritize and juggle several tasks simultaneously.
