Delara joined Thomas Gold Pettingill in 2024 after completing her articles with a boutique litigation firm in Toronto, where she gained experience in civil litigation.

Delara received her J.D. from Western University in 2023. During law school, Delara served as the Co-Chair of the Western Law Advocacy Committee, volunteered with the Western Business Law Clinic, and represented Western Law as a Student Ambassador. She also served as a mentor for students interested in pursuing law school. Prior to attending law school, Delara obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction, majoring in Law and Business, from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
