The claimant sought entitlement to NEBs. Adjudicator Punyarthi dismissed the claim. Adjudicator Punyarthi rejected that argument, reasoning that there was a Disability Certificate supporting both IRBs and NEBs, and the insurer had not requested an election from the claimant.
