The claimant appealed the Tribunal’s decision that her claim for IRBs was barred by the limitation period. The Court also sent the matter back to the Tribunal for review of the denial of IRBs, as the Tribunal did not consider the effect of the reinstatement of IRBs on the subsequent denial.
